Get Moving!
Exercising had so many benefits it is astounding really. Simply put we are made to move. We are not made to be still. Like a ship in the shipyard or a plane in a hangar, we are rotting and decaying when we do not move around what was meant to be moved.Our joints require lubrication, which our bodies naturally produce, when we move.
